Mark is the Chief Clinical Officer for the Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board as well as the M.C. Morgan Endowed Chair of Psychiatry at NEOUCOM. His research interests are in treating schizophrenia, jail diversion programs, and he is a national leader in Crisis Intervention Training (CIT).
